SHIPPING & TAXES:

UNITED KINGDOM & INTERNATIONAL

Worldwide complimentary free shipping.

All United Kingdom Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. 

All International Orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery services or Fedex services depending on the value of the order.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

All Deborah Murdoch Jewellery is handmade at the jeweller’s bench, we aim to dispatch In Stock items within 2-4 business days from placing your order, we aim to dispatch all made to order jewellery within 3-4 weeks after receiving your order, unless stated otherwise.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES:

Deborah Murdoch Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs checks in the country of destination. Please familiarise yourself with your country's local import processes for receiving international deliveries.

Any customs charges, associated handling fees and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. 

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a gift box and branded ribbon, which is protected.
